First Snowfall

The first snowfall of the season is magical. Due to snow being very wet, it sticks to everything, turning the dull brown world of late fall into a winter wonderland. The castle-like architecture featured in this photo is called Squire’s Castle. Originally it was a summer home for a wealthy family to get away from the hot city streets of Cleveland. Now it is gutted and is a popular spot for picnics and the perfect background for formal wedding photo shoots in all seasons. With the glow of an early morning sun on the newly fallen snow, everything is highlighted and fresh; a pristine scene. What a magical moment!
